Domestic Biometric Scanning Projected Requirements-Capabilities

PURPOSE: Fingerprint or IRIS scanners could be employed as a form of mitigation to identify and thereby catch and lessen or eliminate the threats (implied by criminals on the loose, illegal aliens, pedophiles and people who are in places that they should not be).
